Connor Maloney

Coach
Connor approaches his coaching style with brining high energy, fun and a large emphasis on personal development of athletes. He believes that the guiding reason you should be in sport is because you are having fun, not because you have to be.

Connor grew up in Calgary who draws inspiration from his parents, who worked very hard and sacrificed a lot so that him and his sister could chase their dreams in sport. Paying off, Connor attended Bushnell University on a golf scholarship, and his sister, currently playing hockey on a scholarship at Plymouth State University.

In Connor's final year of university in 2021-2022 he earned the Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar Athlete and was named too the Athletic Director's honor roll in the fall and spring.

Connor is excited to be a part of Village Sports and Global Sport Academy to be a part of the journey to make a profound difference in youth-sport.

A fun fact about Connor is that he loves 80's music!
