Our elite stream is aimed at those currently playing professional, at the university level or heading into their first year of that level. Athletes who have a strong base to build upon and are looking to build on that to build their game at the next level. At this level athletes should have a strong base to build on as we look to improve their overall athletic profile and performance.

Teaching young players to understand how we train for performance and athleticism. We work on creating a program that allows young players to excel as they continue their hockey career.
