Dan grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan and fell in love with hockey, baseball and golf at a young age. He’s still an active participant in these sports today. In Saskatchewan Dan played hockey all the way up to Junior B, which he played while beginning his Engineering Degree at the University of Regina. Dan then decided to move to Calgary where he attended the University of Calgary to compete his degree. Dan currently resides in Calgary.
Dan has two great girls Taylor and Halle who both happen to be hockey players.
Besides being most proud of his daughters, Dan is proud of the relationships he has developed with all the athletes and coaches he’s come across over the years. If a player approaches him years later and thanks him for the experience he helped create, he believes he’s done a great thing!
